How do I place my first order online?

Browse the site for items you are looking for and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the shopping cart icon or link and follow the instructions to complete your order. You need to be registered first before you can complete an order on concrete.store There are six stages of the purchasing order process:

  1. Adding the selected items to your shopping cart.
  2. Log in or register.
  3. Check your shopping bag summery.
  4. Confirm your details: This section will confirm your name, email address and telephone number.
  5. Confirm reading the terms and conditions of delivery.
  6. Payment: This section will ask you to enter your payment method and details. We will send you a confirmation mail for your order.

Our amazing team at the warehouse aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, you can update it on your account or contact our Client Relations team as soon as possible on 15134.

How do I organize a refund or exchange in case of payment Cash on delivery?

Please ensure you have your original receipt and that all garments have tags attached.

What are the Refund or Exchange policies in case of Credit Card payment?

  1. Pieces condition: Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
  2. Allowed period for return or refund

In case you have paid the full price of products:

  • The full amount will be credited to your (credit card or visa card) if returned within 30 days of the delivery date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • After 30 days, the product is not eligible for return or credit.

In case you have paid during Sale time:

  • The discounted price you have paid will be credited to the original tender (credit card or visa card) if returned within 14 days of the delivery date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice
  • After 14 days, sale product is not eligible for return or credit.

What are the Refund and Exchange procedures?

Click on the Refund or Exchange button on the right of the main page, fill the form and briefly explain why you would like to cancel the order.

Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. We will notify you of the result by e-mail. Any credit will be refunded to your credit if used when ordering, if the payment was by cash on delivery you will visit to stores the nearest to your destination. And they will help you out.

Can I cancel a purchase?

Our amazing team at the warehouse aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means if you want to cancel your order after the Client relations confirmation call you have to call the Client relations team as fast as possible on 15134 or send your cancelation request via email and we will cancel your order if your order has not left the warehouse.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

At CONCRETE, we understand the importance of privacy and security of personal information. The privacy of our customers is very important to us and we will always act to protect your information. The information will only be used for the service or transaction it is collected for. The information collected will not be used for purposes unrelated to the service or transaction. The information collected is only accessible by specific employees, who are involved in providing and completing the service or transaction.

CONCRETE doesn’t store any credit card info for our dear customers’ safety.

Your credit card payment are proceeded by Commercial International Bank Of Egypt (CIB) which is using the most up-to-date technology and safeguards to protect the personal information you provide on this website.

An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for 7 days, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Can you reserve a garment in store?

Although we are unable to reserve items over the phone or online, we can advise the best store to visit or help you purchase the product online. Call Client relations team on 15134.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery of your order will be within 48 working hours in Cairo, 72 working hours in Alexandria and 4 working days from the dispatched date for other governorates.

The order should be delivered to the ID holder who registered his full details in our online shop account. Also, your billing address at CONCRETE must match the address on your ID or passport and by all means it can never be; hotel lobby, hospital, building security or public buildings.

The ID holder registered in CONCRETE and made the order should:

  1. Has an ID or passport
  2. Sign on a “proof of delivery” for the order and that the order sent was the ones you already ordered.
  3. ID holder should sign with full name on the proof of delivery and not by a signature form.
  4. The order should be delivered to the address matched with that on the ID and if not; the ID holder should sign on another form that he accepts the other address for the order to be delivered on.
  5. The courier will make sure of the ID and write the full details on “proof of delivery” that the ID holder signed with full name in front of it.

How can I check the items I have ordered or How can I track my order to know the shipment status?

Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, where you can follow the progress of shipments.

You can also track your order by calling Client Relations on 15134. Simply have the order number information to view the order details or send us an email.

Shipping delays on some orders may occur due to the high volume of orders during peak times and you shall be notified in case of such cases.

Can I try the product out before I buy?

Unfortunately, you can't do this, so we offer all information about the products, the detailed description and there is size charts for all clothing. These will help guide you in determining which size to purchase. But in case you faced an issue we glad to help you by calling the Client Relations Team on 15134.

Why have I not received an order confirmation mail?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice for your order will be issued immediately and will be shipped with your order.

In addition, you can view and print your invoice at any time after completing your order. Just log on to the secure "My Account" area. You will find an overview of your orders and all accompanying documents there.

I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed?
